MCA #2 | Saturday Afternoon

Silver had actually planned on leaving the apartment today but the chocolate falling from the sky had him turning around and heading back into his apartment. He was vain enough to not want chocolate in his hair no matter how delicious it might turn out to be.

He shot Rey a quick text warning her of that weirdness and left his door unlocked just in case she wanted to avoid it together.

"Well now I have to make sure I live up to my word," he teased as he led the way to the bathroom. Since he did have a bit of a love affair with running hot water he did actually have a lot of bath stuff for a grown man who claimed to be a badass pirate.

"You look prepared," Rey noted, not complaining at all about the amount of bath stuff.

Silver actually looked a little sheepish about that as he leaned over the tub to turn on the water. "It was all new to me at first. I wasn't actually sure what stuff I was supposed to have and then I found I liked a lot of it."

"Good. It's helpful right now," she pointed out. "I've only ever had showers myself."

But the one thing she did splurge a little on was body washes so she got it.

"I'm glad you don't think less of me because of my extensive bubble bath collection," he joked, setting his crutch aside and sitting on the edge of the tub. "Come here. Please."

She walked over, standing in front of him to see what he wanted her to do.

Silver placed his hands on Rey's hips, pushing up her shirt slightly. "May I?"

"You may," she said, smiling, moving her arms out of his way.

Silver gave her a small smile, moving to pull her shirt up and off. He didn't waste any time kissing the exposed skin as it was revealed to him.

"Good start," she teased, reaching one hand up to start undoing her hair.

"Let's see if I can do better," he said, pulling the tie out of his own hair before tugging his shirt off and tossing it aside.

She didn't see herself ever getting tired of that.

And she decided to show her appreciation by leaning forward to kiss her way across his shoulder.

"You know," he murmured, tilting his neck to give her more room to work with. His hands went to the waist of her pants because those needed to come off too. "It's going to be rather hard going back to taking baths all by my lonesome after this."

"I'm all right making a habit of it," Rey said, kissing his neck. "Even if we're not even at the bathing part yet."

"I got distracted." Which was understandable, in his opinion. Speaking of--he leaned back to turn the water off because the last thing they needed was a flood.

That would have been awkward to explain to Danny.

"Sorry about that."

She was not sorry.

"I can tell," he said, standing up and giving her a quick kiss. "You can make it up to me by undressing while I pick out bubbles."

Because he had multiple bottles. He had a problem.

"How many kinds are there?" she asked, backing away to let him move, and so she could get her pants off.

"A couple," he said, picking a bottle out. "...five."

Look, he dumped a pretty generous amount in there so it explained why he needed so many. He went through it quickly.

"What's your favorite?" Not that she would keep it in mind or anything.

"I'm partial to the lavender," he admitted, moving to take the rest of his clothes off. He hated how awkward it could be because of his leg but he was slowly becoming less self-conscious doing it around Rey.

Rey could not care less about how awkward it might look. She was just appreciative.

"That's the relaxing one, right?" she asked, as she got the rest of her underwear off.

"That's what the bottle says," he said, giving Rey an appreciative once over. He tossed the rest of his clothes aside and got into the tub with the grace of someone who had worked out exactly how to do this without falling over and had perfected it. He liked his baths, okay?

"Your turn."

This whole bath thing was really just making her like him more.

Rey climbed into the tub, looking a little unsure about sitting naked in water, like somehow she wasn't doing it right.

Silver smiled slightly. "Here--sit with your back against my chest. We can worry about hair washing later."
