Due to the insanity of the last week or so and the lack of magical fireplaces, Silver hadn't been able to make good on his romantic Christmas date with Rey. The yule log channel wasn't exactly the same as an actual fireplace but it was the best they could do without setting the building on fire.

There was also a distinct lack of Christmas decorations. Didn't want to risk anything coming to life and killing them.

"It's very odd there's just one channel dedicated to a yule log."

She gasped his name, clutching at his back to pull herself closer. She felt a bit like she was on autopilot, moving faster over him, intensely focused right now on what was quickly becoming the best kind of overload.

"God, Rey," Silver gasped, burying his face against her neck. "I'm close--"

Her breath was already coming in ragged gasps, but something about that sent her right over. She cried out, digging her nails into his skin as she shuddered around him.

Silver would never get tired of seeing (and feeling) that. He had already been extremely close to the edge but that pushed him over almost immediately.

He wasn't even going to be sorry for how loud he was considering his neighbor was the cause of it.

His neighbor was actually pretty proud she could cause that.

Rey stilled, not moving for a moment, trying to catch her breath before dropping a kiss onto his shoulder, way more gently than anything they'd just been doing.

That's okay, it was unlikely Silver was going to let her move while he caught his breath. He nuzzled against her neck, pressing a kiss there. "We're really good at that."

"Mm hm." Her head still felt like it was buzzing. "You're amazing."

She pretty much felt that way all the time but especially right now.

He laughed softly, lifting his head up to kiss her. "I think you did most of the work."

"Oh, you did so much," she told him, kissing him back. "I didn't hurt you, did I?"

It felt to her like she'd been doing some damage with her nails at the end there, but she'd also been feeling a lot right then.

"No, I'm fine." Great, actually. He looked down at her neck and chest. "I may have left a mark though, sorry."

"Dont care. It was worth it," Rey said with a little laugh. "You're the only one seeing it anyway."

Of course she hadn't seen how much would be visible with what she normally wore, though.

"That's true," he said, pressing a kiss against one of the marks. "Fine, I won't be sorry then."

"And the more you do that, the less sorry you would have to be anyway," she teased.

"I'm going to have to keep that in mind," he said with a contented sigh. "We're going to have to do this again. The date thing, I mean."

Okay and the other thing.

"I'm sure the channel is around at least for a while," Rey agreed, giving him another kiss.

The other thing went without saying.
